Can Baiell is a charming farmhouse, tastefully restored and located
on the outskirts of the small rural village of Sant Esteve de Guialbes, between Girona and Figueres and
just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava. Surrounded by crop fields and Mediterranean forest, this house offers a total immersion in nature and a calm that is hard to find.
The decoration combines
tradition and modernity, with
spacious areas,
warm light and details that make you feel at home.
On the
ground floor we find the
dining room, a modern
kitchen with rustic finishes fully equipped, the
living room with TV and fireplace, a
double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and
whirlpool bath.
Going up to the
first floor, there is a large distributor presided over by a
billiard table with a TV area, leading to the
4 remaining bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom), and
2 full bathrooms. All common areas of the house (dining room, living room and billiard room) are equipped with
air conditioning.
The
garden, surrounded by greenery, is an ideal place to relax, have a
barbecue under the
porch and swim in the
turquoise swimming pool. It is a place designed for those seeking disconnection, silence and a real connection with nature and the authenticity of the landscape.
