Can Caiot is a
beautiful village house completely restored in the village of Lladó, a small town between the Pre-Pyrenees of Girona and the Costa Brava of Alt Empordà. It is located 18 minutes from Figueres and just over 30 minutes from the Darnius-Boadella reservoir. The house is ideal for enjoying a few days with family or friends, in a quiet place, in a very charming town.
The house in Can Caiot has been renovated and
decorated with a special taste, details that transport you to typical Balearic architecture, with soft colors, white ceilings, thick stone walls with cozy finishes and Catalan tile floors. It is distributed over 3 floors, has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and an oasis with a pool in front of the house.
In the main entrance and ground floor of the building, there is a dining room with a large wooden table where you can eat all together, a fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar, that creates an open space in which to share meals and snacks. Next to the dining room there is a small living room with a fireplace, a sofa and Smart TV. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with shower, the room with washing machine and dryer and, under the stairs, there is space to store 3 bicycles or other equipment.
Up on the first floor there are
3 double bedrooms, two of them have two single beds and
views to the pool and the other one is a suite with a double bed and private bathroom. This floor also has a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other one can sleep four people, with two single beds and a double.
All rooms are air conditioned and they are decorated in an exquisite style that will transport you to a Mediterranean island.
On the outside of the house, across the street, just 4 meters from the front door, there is
an oasis in the middle of the village. There
is a fantastic swimming pool where you can cool off and an outdoor dining area with a pergola, a large wooden table for everyone to eat together and a barbecue. The patio also has plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the area's mild temperatures.
In front of the house, there is space to park a maximum of 2 cars, respecting the neighbors' spaces.
350 meters from the house, there is free parking available next to a public multi-sports court equipped with a ping-pong table.
