The Naturaki team: people who make the project grow

At Naturaki we are a team of people dedicated to managing charming rural houses throughout Catalonia.

With passion, effort and energy, our objective is to professionalize the management of holiday accommodations incorporating four key elements: technology, marketing, the best customer service and the best attention to homeowners. Naturaki is a young and consolidated company founded in 2011 and we have not stopped innovating in the sector. Year after year we keep renewing and increasing the houses under management and currently manage 124 exclusive accommodations.

Over these years, we have hosted over 374.100 people, we have more than 24.200 real reviews with an average rating of 9.6 and 44% of the clients are return customers. Our goal is to make Naturaki houses a second home both for our customers and for the people who work with us. For this reason, we believe in stable and long-term working relationships with our team and with the homeowners who trust in us.

The coming years present themselves as intense and full of novelties. We have a wide variety of options: from expanding Naturaki to other territories and to continue adding new accommodations, to exploring new sectors. In any case, our objective will always remain the same: "to make your stay an unforgettable experience".

Our DreamTeam:

At Naturaki we like to call ourselves the DreamTeam, because we are a tight-knit, committed team with great harmony. Currently, we are 10 people in the office, each one specialized in a different area to ensure that every piece of the project fits perfectly. We love what we do and work together to keep growing and improving every day.

Our work philosophy

✔ Flexibility and reconciliation

Every person has their needs, and at Naturaki we understand that. That's why we offer flexible hours and facilities for teleworking, so everyone can organise their day in a way that fits into their personal life.

✔ Communication and teamwork

We believe that a good team is built with fluid communication. We encourage dialogue between departments, share ideas, and ensure that everyone has a voice within the company.

✔ Regular meetings and moments of reflection

Before the summer season starts and when it ends, we meet to communicate news, share concerns, and look for ways to improve. These moments of meeting include a joint lunch, a brief meditation session to reconnect, and an open dialogue space about the company and the team.

✔ Monitoring of well-being and workload

We have a computer system that allows us to track the daily motivation and workload of each person. This helps us identify needs and make adjustments so that everyone can work under the best conditions.

✔ Good atmosphere and team building activities

At Naturaki we are a big family, and we like to share moments beyond work. That's why we organise:

Teambuilding activities with the office team at the beginning and end of the summer season.

The traditional Christmas dinner with the whole team: both the office team and the team responsible for preparing the houses.
