- Suppliers that provide services to NATURAKI related to the management of the contract formalized and have the status of processors, such as, but not limited to, financial institutions, technology service providers, suppliers and partners of logistics services, transportation and delivery or service providers related to customer service, booking management, among others.
- Suppliers and collaborators who provide services related to marketing and advertising, only in the event that the Interested Party has expressly given their consent.
- Owners of the rural houses whose reservation has been requested by the Interested Party through our website, provided that the rental contract for said property must be formalised between the owner and the Interested Party.
In any case, third parties with whom certain personal data of the Data Subject is shared will have previously accredited the adoption of adequate measures for the correct protection of this data.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
From NATURAKI, we are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the exercise of your rights.
That is why any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning him/her. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
