Restoring, building, or buying a home is a long, complex process, and one of the biggest investments you will make throughout your life.
If done correctly it can be a good investment but it can be a great headache. Many professionals are involved in this process: architect, surveyor, bricklayers, plumbers, carpenters, painters,... All of them are specialists in each of their tasks, but none is able to know how to properly make the most of the significant investment that you have to make.
Naturaki's advisory and consulting services are aimed at maximizing the return
on your investment. The goal is to get you the highest income (and profits) every year and for many years with as little investment as possible.
What is initial counseling?
Intended for owners who do not already have the accommodation in operation.
The initial advice is to make a first visit of about three, four or five hours on-site to the house you want to restore (or fix), buy or on the land where you want to build.
The advice is made by Carme. Carme is the co-founder of Naturaki, since 2011 she has seen more than 300 houses in the province of Girona
, advised more than 130 houses and opened more than 80 with Naturaki team. She has provided advice as to whether or not to buy a house, to restore or repair a farm / family home, to repair or sell inherited homes, to build on vacant land, fortifications, second homes, extensions of houses...
This initial advice will help you to solve the initial doubts we all have:
- What I want to do will be profitable? do I have to face it in a different way or is it better that I do not?
- What is the most appropriate distribution? How many rooms and bathrooms are needed?
- What kind of decoration is your favorite?
- What should I strengthen and what are the strengths of my accommodation?
- What costs are superfluous or can I reduce or eliminate them?
- Where will I deviate from my budget?
- What income and benefits can I expect annually?
- Could you start by fixing only one part and gradually investing?
- What legal steps must I take?
- ... and any other related questions you may have.
In the next days to the visit of your house we will send you a summary report of all that we have talked about the visit and of the main points that we have spoken.
Answering these questions can save you a lot of money and prevent mistakes that cannot be changed once they have been made (we have also seen some of them and have also taken steps to correct them).
We will speak to you frankly and without bluntness. If we find that you are mistaken somewhere, we will tell you

Once the renovation / construction is complete, if you decide to manage our accommodation through Naturaki, we will pay 100% of this money.
