What do we do for you and how do we help you?

How do we work?

First stages

  1. Tell us what your home is like and send us photos: Contact us.
  2. If it meets our requirements or has the potential to adapt, we will see it.
  3. We present a proposal with a profitability study, without cost or commitment.
  4. We choose together the type of management that best fits both parties.
  5. We sign the contract.

Once inside

  1. We help you so that you don't miss anything in your house! We accompany you throughout the process of setting up the house (if necessary). We put at your disposal our knowledge and suppliers acquired during these more than 10 years of experience.
  2. We start marketing your house: We take photos, register the house on the web and portals that we consider necessary and start advertising it.
  3. Once inside, just pay attention to the reservations we confirm! We take care of managing the phone 7 days a week, emails, questions, opinions, reservations, price optimization, follow-up of opinions after the end of the stay, contract, collection, guarantees, Mossos registration, tourist tax...
  4. Access to the owners' extranet: you will always see the status of the reservations, personalized language contracts, invoices, informative posters, personalized inventories, ease in collecting customers...
You just have to make sure you have the house ready for the clients!

Giving up commercial management is an important step and at first it raises a lot of doubts, as it involves outsourcing a part of your business. That is why it is renewed annually and can be cancelled in the year you want by going back to the previous website and without penalty of any kind.

Our experience in rural tourism and tourist accommodation dates back to 1999, with more than 20 years of experience. During this time we have seen countless companies that promise reservations for accommodation even if it is not exclusive. The problem is that they only send reservations in high season and if this is what you are looking for we are not what you need, we make reservations all year round.

We take the home exclusively, because of the volume that generates an accommodation annually, it is not possible to pay all the expenses that suppose the commercial effort necessary to fill all the year, especially in low season if it is not managed exclusively.

We charge for what we generate, not for the promise of what we can do or the expectations of what we can generate.
We have been working for more than 10 years to deseasonalize demand in order to get the most out of it during the year.

Can we make reservations directly?

No, in order to maintain order in the reservations and a homogeneity throughout the process.

In the event that you have had the house open for years and have your own clientele, it says a lot in favour of your accommodation. We also bring you the clientele we have already made, plus the clientele of the other houses that, if they are occupied, we can refer them to your home.
The combination of our customers, the customers of the other houses and our own, generates a situation in which we all win.

Can we still have the house at our disposal?

Yes, the house is yours and is still at your disposal at all times.
At Naturaki you only give us the commercial management, it is not a rent.

You can also block 8 days in low season (4 weekends) to save the house for you and stay with family or friends. In certain cases these conditions can be agreed with the owner.

What if we give you the management and don't make reservations?

It is a situation in which we have never found ourselves in these more than 10 years of experience we have. In any case, it is a situation that, if it occurs, does not suit either party, since our objective is the same as yours.

The first thing that would happen is that we would lose money, as adding a house to Naturaki has a significant cost (advice, pre-set-up of the house, photos, web, marketing, translations, promotion on portals…) and until we make a minimum level of reservations we lose money because we do not cover the costs involved. We are also not interested in having a house on the web that does not generate reservations, as it occupies a commercial space (such as a shop window) that is not profitable.

We work long term relationships, proof of this is that most houses have been working with us for many years. However, if for any reason we do not reach the expected booking volume, you may terminate the contract with us and re-manage the booking yourself.

How do you work the foreign market?

We have been working on it for many years and we have a lot of frequent customers who come back year after year because they trust our criteria and choose the houses on our website.

It should be noted that it is a customer who is looking for a very close proximity to the sea.
To work with it, we advertise in foreign markets through specific portals (in multiple languages or exclusively in English or French). We have websites translated into several languages, we speak English and French fluently.

Between May and October, most of our clients are foreigners and the rest of the year in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

Do you work with rural houses by rooms?

No, only with whole houses for rent.

Do you work outside the province of Girona?

After receiving many requests during the first 10 years of Naturaki from houses all over Spain, from 2022 we will start taking houses in any province of Catalonia.
