In addition to our commercial accommodation management service, many people ask us for advice before deciding whether or not to restore (renovate) a house, buy it or rebuild it.
Restoring, building or buying a home is a long, complex process and one of the biggest investments you will make in your life. If done correctly it can be a good investment, if not it can become a big headache. Many professionals are involved in this process: architects, surveyors, masons, plumbers, carpenters, painters… All of them are specialists in each of their tasks, but none of them know how to make the right investment
that you are willing to make profitable.
The advice and consultancy services offered by Naturaki are aimed at ensuring that the investment to be made has the maximum return. The goal is to ensure that with the least possible investment you can achieve the maximum income (and profits)
every year and for many years.
What is the initial advice service?
Intended for owners who do not yet have the accommodation in operation. The initial advice consists of a first visit of about three, four or five hour length on-site to the house you want to restore (or fix), buy or on the land where you want to build.
Carme provides advice. Carme is the co-founder of Naturaki, since 2011 she has seen more than 300 houses in the province of Girona, she has advised more than 130 houses and opened more than 80 with Naturaki team
. She has given advice as diverse as whether or not to buy a house, whether to restore or repair the farmhouse / family home, whether to repair or sell houses from inheritances, whether to build on vacant land, dilapidated houses, fortifications, unused second homes, house extensions…
This initial advice will help you to resolve any initial doubts we may have:
- Will what I want to do is profitable? Do I have to deal with it differently or is it better not to do it?
- What is the most appropriate distribution? How many rooms and bathrooms are needed?
- What kind of decoration do people like the most?
- What do I need to promote and what are the strengths of my hosting?
- What expenses are superfluous or can I reduce or eliminate?
- Where will I deviate from my budget?
- What income and profits can I expect each year?
- Could you start by fixing just one part and make the investment slowly?
- What legal steps should I take?
- … And any other related questions you may have.
In the days leading up to your visit, we will send you a summary report of everything we talked about during the visit and the main points we talked about.
The answer to these questions can save you a lot of money and avoid basic mistakes that once made can no longer be modified
(we have also seen some of them and we have also intervened in correcting them).
We will speak to you with total frankness and without funnels
. If we think you're wrong at some point, we'll tell you. Our goal at Naturaki is to manage charming houses that are profitable for the owners and for us and this first visit is the first step both for you and for if you give us the house in management.
Price: 795 €+VAT
Once the refurbishment / construction is completed, if you decide that we will manage your accommodation through Naturaki, we will pay you back the 100% of this money.
