Can Jan is a Catalan country house that is located in an ideal spot in the middle of nature, specifically in
Sant Miquel de Campmajor, 10 minutes from Banyoles, Besalú and Santa Pau.On the ground floor, we find a spacious entrance hall that leads to the TV room with a fireplace, the open-plan dining room and kitchen, which features a large and practical island for cooking and two large fridges, the cinema/library room with a
smart TV screen with HDMI connection, the games room with
foosball,
billiards, and
ping-pong, 2 bedrooms (one double with an en-suite bathroom and one triple), a full bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom. The house has a total of
9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The house is divided into two parts: one that has been renovated, preserving some of its original elements, and a newly built section.
In the newly built section, on the first floor, we find 3 bedrooms (two doubles and 1 quadruple, all with an en-suite bathroom with a shower), and a
multi-purpose room with a capacity for about 10-15 people, a very spacious and bright area,
ideal for meetings and yoga practice.
In the renovated section, we find 3 more bedrooms (one double and two triples) and 2 bathrooms with shower trays. In the attic of the renovated section, there is a quadruple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, also with a shower tray.
The outside is a nature paradise where you will hear the crickets's and bird's chirp. It has a
porch area with barbecue and table for 25 people. The
fenced pool has a tropical turquoise colour highlighted with the tiles and clear sun beds placed around. An outdoor area from where nature is breathed through the 4 corners.
Just before going into the house, outside ot the entrance, you will find a
playground with games, swings and two
football goals.
