Can Colomet
To a town where time stops among its cobbled streets
Can Colomet is a charming house located in the picturesque village of
Cruïlles, in the heart of the Baix Empordà. Surrounded by fields and nature, it is located
just 20 minutes from the beach,
20 minutes from Girona, and
right next to La Bisbal d'Empordà, the capital of the region, with all services and shops, renowned for its tradition in
handcrafted pottery.
The house retains
original architectural elements such as
stone walls and
Catalonian vaulted ceilings, combined with
natural wood and a
minimalist decoration that gives it a
warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the
ground floor, there is a cozy
entrance hall with stone walls, a
bathroom with a shower and a pleasant
living room with a divan that communicates directly with the exterior garden.
Going up by a
spiral staircase, we reach the
first floor, a spacious and open space that integrates the
living room with a fireplace, the
dining room and the
kitchen. From the kitchen you can enjoy
spectacular views of the Gavarres and the surrounding fields.
The
second floor houses
2 bright double bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a
fireplace, which provides a warm and romantic atmosphere. You will also find a
dressing room, through which you access a
full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
On the
third floor, we find a last
air-conditioned double bedroom with a private terrace, from where you can admire the
privileged views of the landscape.
Outside, the house has a
courtyard with a small swimming pool (not heated) and a
chill-out area with a barbecue, ideal to relax in the shade, eat outdoors and enjoy the tranquility of Empordà.

Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Fireplace, firewood fireplace , heating, air conditioning (some rooms), 3 stand fans.
Technology in case you want to stay connected: Free wifi, flat screen TV .
Fully equipped kitchen: 1 fridge, 1 freezer, dishwasher and soap tablets , oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric mixer, vitroceramic stove, washing machine , iron and ironing board, kitchen mortar.
