If you are a healthy life lover, you can do different activities, such as cycling, hiking, kitesurfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing and a lot of paths to go for all levels, such as the coastal path. Yoga is also present in the activities offered by some of the Costa Brava villages. You can practice it on the beach and outdoors or even on a paddle surf board, as it is the case with the SUP yoga.

Natural parks

The Costa Brava has an extensive territory of protected natural parks. One of the most important and rich in fauna is Els Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, a place where a large number of animals, especially birds, live, and you can look at them from the different observatories available. Another of the places that we encourage you to visit is Cap de Creus Natural Park, where seeing the sunrise is a great spectacle. You can also discover different places where you can swim, usually uninhabited, and it is also an ideal place to practice snorkeling, since there is no need to go deep down to enjoy a unique and spectacular seabed.

The beaches

One of the main reclamations that this coast offers us are the beaches. Those that define the beginning and the end of the Costa Brava are Portbou and Blanes. Among them there are many exceptional ones such as Pals, Gola del Ter, Sant Pere Pescador, Aiguablava, Montgó, Illa Roja, etc.

Outstanding comfort and functionality

In general, everything was correct and especially very comfortable that all rooms are on the same floor. The kitchen is very spacious and functional, but it needs a bit more light. As an aspect to improve, we had to fix a leg of the pool table with a piece of wood that we found in the main square of the village, and access to the washer/dryer and ping pong is a bit complicated for older people. Otherwise, very good. We didn't mind, but it wasn't clear to us whether the grassy area with volleyball net and goal was exclusive to the house or if the rural house next door also had access. Thanks.

As for the billiards, thank you for letting us know. We have checked what happened and we have seen that the screw under one of the legs had come off. We have already ordered the corresponding replacement to fix it permanently. Regarding access to the washing/drying area and the ping-pong, it should be noted that Can Fort is not a house adapted for people with reduced mobility. When a house has this adaptation, we always indicate it on the house's file on the web and it can also be used with the specific filter to find adapted accommodations. In relation to the grass area with volleyball net and goal, it is an area of the house. This information is indicated in the description, in the photographs and in the section of house equipment and services on the web. In any case, during your stay we always provide a contact to resolve any doubts or incidents; if you had consulted us, we could have confirmed it and thus you could have also enjoyed this space. Magnificent house for groups and families

We were a group of friends with respective families, we greatly enjoyed all the outdoor space of the house which is immense, and the house is well equipped with very large rooms. Highly recommended!.

Insufficient jacuzzi, the rest excellent

The issue with the jacuzzi water needs to be addressed. I understand the intention to save water, and that there is a daily limit, but this limit must at least allow its use once, and right now it is very insufficient. For the rest, very good, actually.

As we inform in the stay document, in winter the hot water tank (300 liters) can take up to five hours to reheat completely after using it.
