The Caseta del Mar is placed in a unique and privileged beachfront. Located in Port de la Selva, in the urbanization Cap Vol, it is a warm and comfortable modern charming house.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed and a bunk. Two fully equipped bathrooms. We have a large space that blends the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and living room with fireplace, TV and DVD and large windows that let you enjoy the garden and spectacular views of the surroundings. Terrace with table and chairs for eating enjoying the gentle sea breeze. In the house there is wifi, heating and air conditioning in the living/dining room and hallway; the two double bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The indoor heated swimming pool of la Caseta del Mar is the perfect complement for a luxury holidays. Overlooking the sea and the garden you can enjoy it all year without going out to the house because it has a door from which access directly from the living room to the pool area and a door leading to the garden. The pool has LED lights of different colours.

It has a large garden decorated with different spaces to practice mini-golf, relax in one of the two hammocks or simply have a barbecue in good company. In this environment the house becomes an ideal place for children or to enjoy with friends. In the terrace you’ll find furniture for eating outside. We also have a closed parking area with space for 3 cars. If you prefer, you can leave the house and enjoy one of the most privileged places of the Costa Brava, 1 minute walking from the beach.
