Can Tuta Nou is a
house with a special charm and recently renovated in the village of Salitja. It is located in the region of La Selva, an ideal place to visit the sea, the mountains and to go hiking and cycling routes all around.
The house has only one floor, it is perfectly distributed and has two entrances, the main one and a side one with an access
ramp for people with reduced mobility. When you enter the house you find a large dining room presided over by a
large wooden table for 10 people and a living area with sofas, fireplace and a large Smart TV. You will be struck by the large windows overlooking the outside that give a lot of light to the room. Next to the dining room there is the fully equipped, modern kitchen with access to the outside and a table football. At the entrance of the house there is also a complete bathroom, suitable for people with reduced mobility and a
jacuzzi where you can relax.
On the same level but in the sleeping area, there are
four beautiful and tastefully decorated bedrooms: two rooms with double beds and private bathroom and two triple rooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed.
All the rooms of the house are fully air-conditioned with air-conditioning and heating system and have large windows to the outside, which gives light and warmth to the house.
The outside garden has rest areas, a large barbecue and an outside dining area where you can enjoy with family and friends. On one side of the house you have the
swimming pool designed with two levels and a water cannon, protected by a fence and surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded area where you can chill out.
The owners of the house have the well-known
Mas Bes Farm, where the
little ones will enjoy visiting the farm animals and the adults will be able to taste a wide variety of local products and their own production. Guests of Can Tuta Nou have a bit discount on visits to the farm.
Can Tuta Nou does not allow the charging of electric vehicles, under any circumstances, through the electrical system of the house.In 2024 it received the award for best accessible tourist accommodation at the
Premis Gironins de Vil-les i Apartaments de Vacances.
