Auca is located in the center of the town of Garriguella, a wine region of the Alt Empordà, with a special charm for the rural and peaceful surroundings. It is also close to the magnificient beaches of Roses, and, just a few kilometers away, the natural park of Cap de Creus, the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the city of Figueres.

The house has four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a total capacity for 8 people. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and a cozy dining room to enjoy the best meals. After this room and with beautiful views of the garden, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with a fireplace , a large sofa and a ceiling fan.

On the first floor there are the remaining three double bedrooms, decorated with noble and rustic furniture that enhance the warmth of the spaces, equipped with air conditioning. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The whole house has a heating system and wifi.

The exterior of L'Auca has a special charm, wide and intimate at the same time, with a large saltwater pool and chill-out space to relax in the shade. It also has a fully equipped outdoor dining area with two barbecues (one gas and one charcoal) where you can enjoy meals on the terrace under the pergola.

What is the maximum capacity of L'Auca and how is it calculated?

The maximum capacity of L'Auca is 8 people. For your comfort and in compliance with the regulations, the maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded in any case.
In this house, children from 2 years old are counted when calculating the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Babies are not counted in L'Auca.

What kind of swimming pool does the house have?

When are the swimming pools opened?

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at L'Auca?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

L'Auca offers the option of online check-in. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the outstanding amount of the house rental in a very easy and convenient way. If you want to go directly to the house without going through our offices, you can check-in online or remotely. A few days before the day of entry (recommended between 3-4 days before), you can access the link in the booking confirmation email to check-in online and in this way, fill in the personal details of the booking holder, sign the house rental contract, attach a photo of the identity document of the reservation holder and make the payment of the outstanding amount of the reservation with a credit or debit card (house rental, tourist tax, deposit).

How can I request the invoice for the stay?

You will be able to request the invoice for your stay at L'Auca during the online check-in process where you will have the option to enter the data you want to appear on the invoice and in this way, when the stay ends , the homeowners will receive an automatic notification to prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.

Please note that this accommodation can legally only issue invoices to individuals. L'Auca cannot issue invoices to companies.

What time can we check in and out of L'Auca?

The check-in time at L'Auca is from 17:00. At this house, it is not possible to check in before 17:00.

The usual check-out time at L'Auca is before 11:00 am.

On Sundays and public holidays, you will automatically be able to enjoy the house until 17:00.

This house offers the option to check-out later than 17:00 with the night check-out supplement, which will allow you to enjoy the house until 21:00, depending on the features of each booking. When making the booking, and also in the confirmation email, we will let you know if this supplement can be contracted for the selected dates.

You can add the night check-out during the booking process or from your private user area.

Where and how do I pick up the house keys?

When you have completed the online check-in, we will validate the documentation and the payment and send you the "confirmation for the distance check-in" email with 3 attached documents: the copy of the rental contract, the rules of the house and finally and most importantly, the "Stay sheet" with the contact phone number to resolve any incident during your stay, practical information of the house and the code and the instructions to be able to collect the keys into the mailbox of the house itself
