Mas Garriguella del Camp is located in a
privileged area, on the outskirts of the small wine village of Garriguella, in the heart of the Alt Empordà region and
at the foot of L'Albera Natural Park, Els Aiguamolls d'Empordà Natural Park, Cap de Creus, Figueres, Roses and Llançà. Many of the magnificent
coves on the Costa Brava are just 15 minutes away from the house. The history, the light and the views of this house will make you enjoy the nature of the area in a unique way.
On the ground floor you will find the hall, a large kitchen with all the details, the air-conditioned dining room with exit to the outside and incredible sunset views. On the same floor there are also
3 bedrooms (one doube bedroom and two triple bedrooms), 2
bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with a bathtub) and the
table football room.
On the first floor you will find a large hall where there is a
billiard and a desk and a
air-conditioned double en-suite bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub. From this room, the views are spectacular.
The garden is a delight of native plants: rosemary, lavender, chamomile... Presided over by an olive tree, it is an ideal place to play
volleyball or to run between the corridor of plants that leads to the other side of the garden. The
porch and the pool area have privileged views of Canigó hill, L'Albera Natural Park and L'Empordà region. An ideal house to enjoy the sunsets from any corner.

The beaches of Cadaqués are very rocky, but near the worldwide known picturesque village we find the bay of Portlligat with the island that lies ahead and of which Salvador Dalí was its best known inhabitant.
