Casa Mabi

Enjoy a unique experience in Peratallada

Casa Mabi is located right in the center of Peratallada, one of the 10 villages on the medieval route in the Baix Empordà and in the so-called Empordanet territory. The good gastronomy, culture, DO Empordà wines and the history of the area stand out. The village is 15 minutes from the beaches of Pals and the coves of Begur: wonderful places of the Costa Brava.

The 14th century village house, located on the main street of the village, has 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, a small guest toilet, a living room with a fireplace and a second living room with sofas and a Smart TV. On this same floor there is a large dining room with a long table and lit by the large stained glass window, an ideal space to enjoy meals in an environment of stone and natural light. Next to the dining room there is a large functional and fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor there are the four en suite bedrooms decorated in an exquisite style: two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with shower, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and a duplex bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

From one of the hallways on the first floor, there is access to the second floor, where there is a children's play area and the incredible roof terrace, where the swimming pool is. From there you'll have views of the village, surrounded by wheat fields, and enjoy the magic of Peratallada's surroundings.

Clients have accreditations to park their car free of charge in any of the 3 car parks in the village of Peratallada, located within a radius of 500 metres from the house.

A pleasant stay in Peratallada

We stayed at casa Mabi, in Peratallada, and honestly, it was a very pleasant stay. A little more cleaning would be needed, especially paying more attention to the details, but overall, we’d recommend it. It’s worth mentioning that they let us check in 30 minutes early, even though we hadn’t given them any advance notice. We appreciated it.

Family weekend

We spent a great weekend at Casa Mabi. We went there to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday and everything went wonderfully well. The house is very beautiful and retains many old elements that make it very special. And the village of Peratallada is wonderful and has a unique charm. In short, we really enjoyed our stay.

What is the maximum capacity of Casa Mabi and how is it calculated?

The maximum capacity of Casa Mabi is 10 people. For your comfort and in compliance with the regulations, the maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded in any case.
In this house, children from 2 years old are counted when calculating the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Babies are not counted in Casa Mabi.

What kind of swimming pool does the house have?

Casa Mabi has a swimming pool chlorinated of 4.5x3m and a depth of 1.5m.

When are the swimming pools opened?

Its outdoor swimming pool is available from Easter (or April 1st) until the last weekend of October.

Are dogs allowed at Casa Mabi?

Yes, dogs are allowed for an additional fee of €40 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs.

Failing to include the dog in the reservation may result in a financial penalty and the retention of the deposit.

Doubts about the booking, check-in and check-out times

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Casa Mabi?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Casa Mabi offers the option of online check-in. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the outstanding amount of the house rental in a very easy and convenient way. If you want to go directly to the house without going through our offices, you can check-in online or remotely. A few days before the day of entry (recommended between 3-4 days before), you can access the link in the booking confirmation email to check-in online and in this way, fill in the personal details of the booking holder, sign the house rental contract, attach a photo of the identity document of the reservation holder and make the payment of the outstanding amount of the reservation with a credit or debit card (house rental, tourist tax, deposit).

How can I request the invoice for the stay?

You will be able to request the invoice for your stay at Casa Mabi during the online check-in process where you will have the option to enter the data you want to appear on the invoice and in this way, when the stay ends , the homeowners will receive an automatic notification to prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.

Please note that this accommodation can legally only issue invoices to individuals. Casa Mabi cannot issue invoices to companies.

What time can we check in and out of Casa Mabi?

Check-in time
The check-in time at Casa Mabi is from 17:00. At this house, it is not possible to check in before 17:00.

Check-out time
The usual check-out time at Casa Mabi is before 11:00 am.

On Sundays and public holidays, you will automatically be able to enjoy the house until 17:00.

This house offers the option to check-out later than 17:00 with the night check-out supplement, which will allow you to enjoy the house until 21:00, depending on the features of each booking. When making the booking, and also in the confirmation email, we will let you know if this supplement can be contracted for the selected dates.

You can add the night check-out during the booking process or from your private user area.

Where and how do I pick up the house keys?

When you have completed the online check-in, we will validate the documentation and the payment and send you the "confirmation for the distance check-in" email with the copy of the rental contract, the contact phone number to resolve any incident during your stay, practical information of the house and the code and the instructions to be able to collect the keys into the mailbox of the house itself
