Ca l'Esteve Gros is a stone house located in the heart of nature, in Madremanya, in a privileged environment from where you can enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent views over the fields and forests surrounding the house. close to Girona and next to Emporda.
On the ground floor, we find a large living room with a fireplace, presided over by the
original stone walls and arches, which give the space a very special character. Next, there is the dining room, also surrounded by stone and with direct access to the outside, and a
separate and fully equipped kitchen. On this same floor, there is also a courtesy bathroom.
The first floor is distributed with
four bedrooms of the house: two double bedrooms with a double bed and two triple rooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and maintain the rustic character of the house, combining stone, wood, and the original elements. On this floor, there are also
two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a small reading and resting space.
The exterior of Ca l'Esteve Gros is, undoubtedly, one of its great appeals. From the dining room and the kitchen, you enter a pleasant
porch terrace with a large table to enjoy meals outdoors. Right in front, there is
the swimming pool, with spectacular open views of the landscape of Madremanya.
Going down to the garden, there are different corners where you can relax under the shade of the trees, a
barbecue area, and more outdoor spaces from where you can continue to enjoy nature and the tranquility of the surroundings. The property also has a large garden area around the house and an
open and private parking space in front of the property.
