completely renovated townhouse located in the small hamlet of l'Esparra, within the municipality of Riudarenes (La Selva), ideal for enjoying tranquility in a rural setting, just 30 minutes away from the beaches of Costa Brava.

ground floor, at garden level, you will find a space designed for leisure: a
game room with foosball, a
complete bathroom, the
washing machine and a
wood-fired oven. The exterior is dominated by the
garden with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying fresh air.
On the
first floor, with direct access from the street, is the living area: a cosy
living room with fireplace,
fully equipped kitchen-diner with a second fireplace and an indoor barbecue. From the kitchen, you can access the
porch, where you will find the
outdoor dining area and barbecue. This space connects directly to the garden and the swimming pool.
The
second floor is home to the
resting area with 4 bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three bedrooms (one double and two triple bedrooms) sharing a full bathroom.
The house has
heating in all rooms and
ceiling fans in all bedrooms. It also features a
television with international channels in several various languages.
Next to the house, there is a lawn designated for car parking, with direct access to the garden.
The home owners of Cal Pep also run the
Restaurant Can Masferrer, located 260 meters from the house, where you can enjoy traditional Catalan cuisine. At the restaurant's parking lot, you will also find an
electric car charging point.
