Ca la Xana is the perfect example of a
single-family house in a village, in a quiet environment and with all the services close at hand. Located in the village of Camallera, a small town with all kinds of services to enjoy rest and a family environment. The location is strategic: just a few minutes' walk from the Camallera train station, 15 minutes from the town of l'Escala, 30 minutes from the city of Girona, and connected to the AP-7.
The house has a
total capacity for 8 people with very well used and practical indoor and outdoor spaces. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and pantry. The
dining room and living room share space with a fireplace, air conditioning and communicate directly with the garden, with large windows that allow natural light to enter. There is also a small courtesy toilet on this floor.
On the first floor there is the rest area, with
4 double bedrooms and a common bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a double bed. The fourth room is a suite, with a large terrace, air conditioning, full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The exterior of Ca la Xana allows you to enjoy the
outdoor dining area under the beautiful porch and surrounded by a garden with native plants. The saltwater pool has a cover that keeps the water at a good temperature for much of the year (it is not heated). The exterior itself has a
barbecue area and a large shed with table tennis. Free public parking is available outside the property.
