Can Puig del Ram

Can Puig del Ram is located in l’Estrada, a small neighborhood in Agullana situated close to La Jonquera and the border with France. Surrounded by the peaceful landscapes of the Albera mountain range and with open views to the mountains and olive groves, it's an ideal place to disconnect, very well connected with the main access roads and about 30 km from the beaches of Alt Empordà.

The house, made of stone and with traditional architectural elements, is situated within a completely private and enclosed estate, with indoor parking. The spacious areas, wooden ceilings and warm decoration create a welcoming atmosphere designed to share your stay with family or friends.

On the ground floor there is a large open space integrating the living room, dining room and open kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has sofas, television and a fireplace. From this space you can directly access the porch and the garden. On this same floor there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom, a guest toilet and a second auxiliary kitchen.

On the upper floor there are four more bedrooms: one double room with two single beds, two triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed —one of them with a private bathroom— and a quadruple room with one double bed and two single beds. On this floor there are also two shared bathrooms, one of which has a double shower, and a large terrace with views to the mountains. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The exterior of Can Puig del Ram is designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. The garden, presided over by olive trees and with views to the natural surroundings, has a large swimming pool, grassy areas for relaxing and areas to play.

The large outdoor porch, directly connected to the house and situated next to the swimming pool, offers a pleasant shaded area with a table for the whole group, foosball and a magnificent built-in barbecue. An ideal space to prepare meals, extend the after-meal chat and enjoy summer nights in total privacy.
