Can Donat is a farmhouse located in the small
hamlet of Llebrers de Baix, in Cassà de la Selva. A
house full of history, passed down from generation to generation within the same family, and
carefully renovated by its owners with time, dedication and great affection.The renovation has
preserved the original essence of the farmhouse, with features such as stone walls and wooden details, while combining them with
modern, comfortable, high-quality finishes. The result is a
warm, welcoming house, throughfully designed for
a peaceful stay with family or friends.
On the
ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a spacious hall leading to a
living room with TV, connected to a large
indoor dining room and the kitchen. From the dining room, which opens onto a second
living room with TV and fireplace, there is direct access to the outdoor dining area.
Both living rooms connect to the
fully renovated kitchen, which integrated appliances and modern finishes that blend perfectly with the house's original features. From both the kitchen and the main hall, there is access to a
guest toilet and a
triple bedroom with its own fully bathroom.
On the
first floor, there are
two triple bedrooms with their own fully bathroom, a
quadruple bedroom that can be divided into two separate areas to offer more privacy, also with its own
full bathroom, and one further
triple bedroom. This final bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, but can use the
full bathroom located in the hallway on the same floor.
Outside, Can Donat offers a
swimming pool area with sunbeds and parasols, a
barbecue area, a
chill-out space, and a
covered outdoor dining area, perfect for staying in the shade and enjoying summer meals outdoors. The house also has a
football pitch with artificial grass and two goals, designed for both children and adults to play and have fun.
