Can Abella is an old stone house that has been renovated, surrounded by fields and in a unique setting such as the village of Vilert. A privilege to enjoy the silence, the birds singing, and the views. 15 minutes from Banyoles and Besalú. The owners, local farmers, live in a part of the estate with independent access, ensuring maximum privacy for the guests.
The interior of the house is accessed through a porch that leads to a large open and diaphanous space with a dining-living room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen connects to a second smaller living room with a fireplace. From the large dining room, you can access the rest of the bedrooms in the house, a full bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, and a covered terrace with a chill-out area where you can enjoy spectacular views of the fields surrounding the house with the village of Vilert as a backdrop.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms with a total capacity for 14 people, all with air conditioning and private bathrooms with showers.
The layout has been designed for families and groups who value space and comfort:
- 2 triple bedrooms (one on a single level and one with a loft)
- 2 quadruple bedrooms with lofts
The three bedrooms with lofts are distributed over two levels: the ground floor features the private bathroom and some of the beds, while the loft, open yet visually separated, contains the remaining beds, offering extra privacy and intimacy. This warm and original configuration provides a family suite-style experience, ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
The garden is a little paradise amid the trees, dominated by the large modern 5 x 10-meter swimming pool and the practical barbecue area, where there is also a small space with a fridge, a sink, and a preparation area. At the outdoor table, you can enjoy a good meal with views of the pool and nature. An ideal space for calm and tranquility.
