Niu de l’Albera is located in the
small wine village of Garriguella in the heart of Alt Empordà region and only 13 minutes from the beach. There are different rooms where you can enjoy the calm of the surroundings. The house is located at the end of a street, located in a very quiet and peaceful village with few houses around it, which invites to relax and do outdoor activities and enjoy the large garden and swimming pool.
The house has
5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a suite with private bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom and an entrance that leads to the pool and garden. Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms and one double bedroom (2 single beds) on the same floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a
warm living room with fireplace, air conditioning, TV and DVD and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large terrace on the swimming pool overlooking the L'Albera Natural Park.
It has a
fenced swimming pool, large covered porch with barbecue and outdoor furniture, a
large garden with olive trees, swings-sofa, hammocks, basketball, sandpit for children, table tennis and football goal. All this surrounded by wonderful views of the L'Albera Natural Park.
