Can Quilus is a charming house
located in the heart of Les Escaules, in the quiet and small village of Boadella and Les Escaules (Alt Empordà), right on the main square. Very close to the city of Figueres and its museums, such as the Dalí Museum and the Toy Museum, just a few kilometers from the border with France and the large shopping centers of La Jonquera, near the Boadella Reservoir, and only 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava.
A
completely restored house with great taste that combines original stone elements with iron, wood and glass details, creating a
warm and cosy atmosphere. Large windows fill the house with
natural light and at the same time, offer
beautiful views of the surroundings.
Right in front of the house there is a
public playground perfect for the little ones and, a few meters away, a
public grass football field for some fun outdoor time.
The house has
5 rooms all equipped with television and
4 bathrooms.
On the
ground floor we find a fully equipped modern
kitchen, open to the
dining room that connects with the
living room equipped with a fireplace. On this floor, there is also a
full bathroom with a shower.
On the
first floor there are
two double rooms that share a
full bathroom with a shower, and a
double room with a private bathroom.
All the rooms on the
second floor offer spectacular views of the green forests surrounding the village. On this floor we find
two double rooms with a shared bathroom, a
chill-out area with air conditioning and heat pump equipped with a fireplace, the
barbecue and the jewel in the crown of this house: an
indoor heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi function with a large window to relax among bubbles while contemplating the landscape. Please note that two of the windows in the swimming pool area have an opening to ensure natural ventilation of the space.
The house has an aerothermal
air conditioning system in all rooms and spaces to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
