Casa Bonica is a cosy newly built house located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sils, in the Selva region.
Ideal for families or small groups looking to disconnect surrounded by
calm, privacy and all the comforts, very close to all services.
The single-storey house has been carefully decorated to provide a
warm and comfortable environment that invites you to relax and unwind.
Entering the house through the main door, you will find a small
gym equipped with a rowing machine, elliptical, stationary bike and a washing area. Next, we find a large
living-dining room presided over by an
electric fireplace with a remote control, which allows adjusting the temperature, image and sound effects to create the perfect atmosphere. From this room, you can access the garden and the
kitchen, which is fully equipped.
The sleeping area is separated by a hallway that leads to the
4 bedrooms: three double rooms sharing a complete bathroom and a double bedoom with a private bathroom.
The
outdoors are a real oasis of
privacy and comfort. The garden, which surrounds the entire house, allows natural light to enter all the spaces. You will find a
ping-pong table, a
BBQ area, an
outdoor dining area for sharing meals outdoors, a
chill-out space, and a
swimming pool. On the upper level of the garden, a bench invites you to relax while contemplating
views of the Montseny.
The garage has been transformed into a
games room with a pool table and table football, perfect for enjoying good times together.

Games and entertainment for a funniest stay: Billiards, table football, ping pong .
Sporting equipment to keep you active during your stay: Exercise bike, elliptical, rowing machine.
Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair, children's bathroom stool.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Heating, air conditioning (the whole house).
Technology in case you want to stay connected: Free wifi, flat screen TV , smart TV .
Fully equipped kitchen: 1 fridge, 1 freezer, dishwasher and soap tablets , oven, microwave, coffee percolator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric mixer, induction stove, washing machine , iron and ironing board.
Come also with your best friend: Accept dogs .
