Casa Bonica

Privacy, comfort and moments to share

Casa Bonica is a cosy newly built house located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sils, in the Selva region. Ideal for families or small groups looking to disconnect surrounded by calm, privacy and all the comforts, very close to all services.

The single-storey house has been carefully decorated to provide a warm and comfortable environment that invites you to relax and unwind.

Entering the house through the main door, you will find a small gym equipped with a rowing machine, elliptical, stationary bike and a washing area. Next, we find a large living-dining room presided over by an electric fireplace with a remote control, which allows adjusting the temperature, image and sound effects to create the perfect atmosphere. From this room, you can access the garden and the kitchen, which is fully equipped.

The sleeping area is separated by a hallway that leads to the 4 bedrooms: three double rooms sharing a complete bathroom and a double bedoom with a private bathroom.

The outdoors are a real oasis of privacy and comfort. The garden, which surrounds the entire house, allows natural light to enter all the spaces. You will find a ping-pong table, a BBQ area, an outdoor dining area for sharing meals outdoors, a chill-out space, and a swimming pool. On the upper level of the garden, a bench invites you to relax while contemplating views of the Montseny.

The garage has been transformed into a games room with a pool table and table football, perfect for enjoying good times together.

A weekend to remember for a lifetime

We spent a simply spectacular weekend at Casa Bonica. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you could need to enjoy a few days of disconnection. But if this stay has been so special, it has been, above all, thanks to Joan and Dolors. They made us feel at home from the first moment and have been exceptional hosts. In addition, we have been fortunate to share moments with them and their friends, which has made the weekend an even more authentic and memorable experience. We take away conversations, laughter, shared moments and memories that we are sure will accompany us for many years. Those weekends that fly by but leave a mark. What is the maximum capacity of Casa Bonica and how is it calculated?

The maximum capacity of Casa Bonica is 8 people. For your comfort and in compliance with the regulations, the maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded in any case.
In this house, children from 2 years old are counted when calculating the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Babies are not counted in Casa Bonica.

What kind of swimming pool does the house have?

Casa Bonica has a swimming pool saltwater of 8x3m and a depth of 1 to 2m.

When are the swimming pools opened?

Its outdoor swimming pool is available all year round, even though it is not heated.

Are dogs allowed at Casa Bonica?

Yes, dogs are allowed for an additional fee of €40 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs.

Failing to include the dog in the reservation may result in a financial penalty and the retention of the deposit.

Doubts about the booking, check-in and check-out times

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Casa Bonica?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Casa Bonica offers the option of online check-in. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the outstanding amount of the house rental in a very easy and convenient way. If you want to go directly to the house without going through our offices, you can check-in online or remotely. A few days before the day of entry (recommended between 3-4 days before), you can access the link in the booking confirmation email to check-in online and in this way, fill in the personal details of the booking holder, sign the house rental contract, attach a photo of the identity document of the reservation holder and make the payment of the outstanding amount of the reservation with a credit or debit card (house rental, tourist tax, deposit).

How can I request the invoice for the stay?

You will be able to request the invoice for your stay at Casa Bonica during the online check-in process where you will have the option to enter the data you want to appear on the invoice and in this way, when the stay ends , the homeowners will receive an automatic notification to prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.

Please note that this accommodation can legally only issue invoices to individuals. Casa Bonica cannot issue invoices to companies.

What time can we check in and out of Casa Bonica?

Check-in time
The check-in time at Casa Bonica is from 17:00. At this house, it is not possible to check in before 17:00.

Check-out time
The usual check-out time at Casa Bonica is before 11:00 am.

On Sundays and public holidays, you will automatically be able to enjoy the house until 17:00.

This house offers the option to check-out later than 17:00 with the night check-out supplement, which will allow you to enjoy the house until 21:00, depending on the features of each booking. When making the booking, and also in the confirmation email, we will let you know if this supplement can be contracted for the selected dates.

You can add the night check-out during the booking process or from your private user area.

Where and how do I pick up the house keys?

When you have completed the online check-in, we will validate the documentation and the payment and send you the "confirmation for the distance check-in" email with the copy of the rental contract, the contact phone number to resolve any incident during your stay, practical information of the house and the code and the instructions to be able to collect the keys into the mailbox of the house itself
