La Daina is
located in the municipality of Romanyà de la Selva, in Baix Empordà, and
just 5 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava. With spectacular views of Les Gavarres Natural Park and surrounded by a natural garden, it becomes a place full of calm and light for those who seek
tranquility just minutes from all tourist services.
The property has a section of the house that is rented to tenants all year round. This area is completely separated from the guest area by a fence, ensuring privacy during the stay. The tenants have a fully independent access from the rear of the property.
On the
ground floor, there is a small and cozy
living room with a stone fireplace, the
dining room, the
completely renovated and equipped kitchen, a courtesy bathroom and
a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the
first floor there is a large
living room with TV and a pool table,
two triple bedrooms, two shared full bathrooms and
a double bedroom with an en-suite half bathroom.
The house has
heating in all rooms and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the first-floor living room.
Outside, in front of the house, there is a pergola with an
outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, leisurely meals al fresco, as well as a
ping-pong table.
From the
garden you can enjoy
spectacular views of Les Gavarres Natural Park while listening to the song of the birds in the
barbecue area. Near the
swimming pool you will find plenty of shade provided by century-old trees.
