Mas Trobat
A place to connect with nature and breathe in the peace and quiet
Mas Trobat is
an old rehabilitated farmhouse for full rental that was previously a rural hotel. It is located
on the outskirts of the village of Juià, 11 km from the city of Girona and 30 minutes from the beaches of Pals and l'Estartit.
Within the same estate live the owners of the house, with a completely independent entrance to ensure guests’ privacy.
This house is
a space to connect with nature thanks to the tranquility one breathes there. The estate is surrounded by meadows and forests where green colors predominate.
Mas Trobat has
9 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: 1 room on the ground floor, 6 rooms on the first floor, and 2 rooms on the second floor. The house is also equipped with
air conditioning / heat pump in all rooms and areas.
Entering the house through the main door, we find a spacious
hall with a Catalan arch that gives access to the upper floors of the house and also connects with the
dining room equipped with a fireplace through which we reach a
large living room, and a
smaller second living room also with a fireplace and equipped with a
football table. This second living room leads to the
fully equipped kitchen with access to the
pantry and the
laundry room where there is a small
workshop for bicycles. Returning again to the main entrance hall, there we find a
guest bathroom and a
double room with two single beds with a bathroom with a shower tray.
Upon reaching the
first floor, we find a large hall with a
billiard table that provides access to the rooms:
a triple room with a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom with a whirlpool tub,
three rooms with a double bed and bathroom with shower tray,
a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and
a triple room with a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower.
On the second floor, we find two more rooms: a
double room with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a
double room also with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower tray.
The
exterior of Mas Trobat is designed and laid out for the comfort of the whole group. On one side of the house, we find a
large saltwater pool, the
chill-out area, the
outdoor dining table under a pergola, and the
barbecue area with direct access to the kitchen.
The house is surrounded by an extensive
garden where we find different spaces to spend time playing games: a
volleyball net,
goals for playing football, and a
ping-pong table. The estate is partially fenced with an “
electric shepherd” that activates at night
