Mas Mingu is a magnificent house
located in Masos de Pals, a privileged location of Baix Empordà,
only 10 minutes from the beach. Recently redecorated with an exquisite taste, with touches of sea and nature. A space of calm, bright and spacious where you will enjoy the calm of the town and the sea.
On the ground floor we find the TV room, two bathrooms and a hall presided over by a
billiards table. In the adjoining room we find the practical kitchen open to the large dining room, where there is another TV and a modern fireplace that becomes the protagonist, since it also overlooks the living room next to the dining room. On this floor we also find a double room with bathroom. The stone walls and the accurateand warm lighting make this house a place of peace and tranquility. The house has
7 bedrooms, and has
heating and free wifi in all rooms.
On the first floor there are two double rooms that share a bathroom, a double room and two triple rooms. All of them with bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor, a kind of secret door leads to an outside room with a bathroom. One of the triple rooms has a terrace with views of Montgrí and the Medes Islands.
The garden is dominated by the
pool and the porch, where we find a
chill out area with table, gas barbecue (it is not allowed to use firewood or charcoal; it is not adapted for cooking
calçots), TV and sunbeds that will delight the hot days. In the garden we also find a bathroom, and a table ideal for sitting outside. An ideal place to enjoy the calm in this idyllic setting of Baix Empordà.
The house has an electric car charger (on request to the owner).
