Surrounded by fields, in Salitja, in the municipality of Vilobí d’Onyar,
Cal Frare is a fully renovated rustic house where you can enjoy the
tranquillity of the surroundings, just 20 minutes from Girona and the beaches of the Costa Brava. The property has neighbours with completely separate entrances and spaces to guarantee guests’ privacy.
The decoration and furnishings, carefully considered down to the last detail, combine with original architectural elements such as the wooden beams to create a
warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the
ground floor, a small entrance hall opens onto the
indoor dining room and the
kitchen equipped with everything needed for your stay and with a
fireplace. This floor also has the
living room with television, a
full bathroom with a shower and a
games room with foosball.
On the
first floor, a spacious landing with a
billiard table provides access to the
laundry area and the
four double bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All the rooms have
air conditioning and a heat pump.
Outside, the
natural grass garden opens onto the landscape of fields surrounding the house. The
swimming pool and the heated outdoor
jacuzzi invite you to relax and enjoy the views all year round. The
porch has a
chill-out area and an
outdoor dining area for meals in the fresh air. There is also a
barbecue area, a
football pitch with two goals and a
ping-pong table.
At Cal Frare, the days pass with swims in the swimming pool, meals on the porch and time spent together in the house. A place to leave the rush behind and enjoy the peaceful landscape in good company.
