Mas Madrenas is an
old farmhouse (masía) that has been restored with great delicacy, preserving the characteristic features of its origins, located on the Empordanet plain, between the villages of Corçà and La Bisbal d'Empordà. The house is located in a privileged location and is surrounded by three historic castles, Castell d'Empordà, Castell del Montgrí and Torre Guinarda. And only 20 minutes from emblematic beaches such as Begur or Pals.
The farmhouse has
six rooms on two floors. On the ground floor, entering through a very welcoming hall, there is a living room with sofas and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen that preserves the old essence of the house and a bathroom with shower. Next to the kitchen, located at the old main entrance of the house, is
the dining room with a large table to eat all together, a second fridge with freezer and direct access to the garden. This same floor has a
bedroom suite adapted for people with reduced mobility, a private accessible bathroom, a private office with natural light and direct access to a small terrace. The living room and the suite room on the ground floor have a ceiling fan.
The first floor of the house is divided into two parts, one of which houses the
five bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. All of them are
decorated in a romantic fashion, while preserving the original details of the house, wooden parquet flooring and equipped with a ceiling fan. On this same floor, there are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub and a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Dogs are not allowed on this floor, they only have access to the ground floor and outside area.
The outside space is the most impressive of the farmhouse, surrounded by fields,
the property has a barbecue area, an outdoor swimming pool,
magical corners in the shade of trees and unbeatable views in the heart of the Empordà. On one side of the house there is a recreation area where there is a football table, a ping-pong table and an enclosed room with 7 bicycles for all ages available to guests. Mas Madrenas is nature, tranquility, good energy and offers multiple activities in its surroundings.
