La Masoveria de Quarantella

The
Masoveria de Quarantella is located in Vilademuls, near Sant Marçal de Quarantella, and is surrounded by large meadows and green forests. The house is located in a small, isolated neighborhood where, in one of the houses, the owners live. The location is privileged, 20 minutes from Banyoles and 30 minutes from the beaches of l'Escala.
The house was is an old masia (manor house)
from the XIVth century and has been completely renovated to offer the best comfort, with the best quality and with a modern and minimalist style. On the first floor of the house we find a large open space where there is a fully equipped kitchen including osmosis system and a table to eat together. On the right is the living area with sofas, TV and a fireplace. This space stands out for the large windows that let in lots of natural light. From the living area there is access to
the small attic where there is a play area for the youngest members of the family. On this same floor there are
4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, three triple bedrooms with double and single bed and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor there is a small reading area,
a complete bathroom with bathtub and the fifth triple bedroom with three single beds. On this same floor there is a large livning room lit by the large windows in which there is a
sitting area with TV and billiards and table football. The whole house is air-conditioned and has aerothermal and underfloor heating.
The outside of the house is the space in which to enjoy great moments with friends and family. On the
covered terrace there is the barbecue and the outdoor dining room for the whole group to enjoy. Next to the covered terrace is the
imposing salt water pool, from where you can experience the full nature and privacy of the estate.

IMPORTANT: To access the house, you must follow the Google Maps link on the website to the end point, which includes 800 meters by dirt road. Once here, turn onto the paved road and follow it to the last house in the neighborhood, which is La Masoveria de Quarantella. Do not take any dirt road except the one indicated by the Sant Marçal de Quarantella sign.
