Can Reixach is located in an idyllic spot in Baix Montseny, in Breda. This town is known for its tradition in ceramic crafts and its proximity to the Montseny Natural Park, a privileged location for enjoying nature, hiking, cycling and the area's rich heritage. In addition, the house is just 5 minutes by car from the Riells and Viabrea-Breda train station, 30 minutes from the Maresme beaches and 1 hour from the city of Barcelona.
The house stands out for its comfort in a quiet and well-connected environment in the center of the town, where all services are available. Its distribution is practical and most of it is concentrated on the ground floor, where on one side there is the
living room with fireplace together with the dining room, a space with air conditioning and direct access to the garden. Next to it is the
fully equipped, modern kitchen with access to the barbecue area. On the other side of the house is the bedroom area, where there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom with bathtub and a large double suite with complete bathroom with shower, a dressing room and air conditioning. In the hall of the house there is a courtesy bathroom and in the bedroom area there is a laundry room that communicates with the garage.
On the first floor, up the stairs from the entrance of the house, there is a
large living room with TV and sofas, a billiard table and air conditioning. This
room has lots of natural light and a private terrace where you can enjoy the surroundings of the estate. This same floor has a double bedroom. The whole house has heating and free wifi.
The
exterior of the property is extensive and intimate, with a swimming pool surrounded by the house, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the area. The garden has a large pine area where you can walk and play in a safe environment. In the garage of the house there is a
games room with a ping-pong table (not suitable for parking cars).
Next to the house, there is a paddle court that guests of Can Reixach can access free of charge with prior reservation.
