Can Camisa is a completely restored rural house in a privileged environment surrounded by nature. Located
between Girona and Olot, in Sant Martí de Llémena. In the house you can enjoy a unique peace with a large garden and private pool.
The house has a
capacity of up to 11 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a
living room with a fireplace, sofa, and TV, which connects to the fully equipped
kitchen and the
dining room, which also features a TV, DVD, a sofa, and a ceiling fan. On this same floor, there is a
bathroom with a shower.
On the
first floor, you will find the
4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one quadruple bedroom, and one double bedroom, which can be converted into a triple, with an en-suite bathroom. On this same floor, there is a spacious full bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. The whole house has
heating and free Wi-Fi, the floor of the entire first floor is parquet, and the bedrooms are equipped with standing fans.
The
exterior of the house is an oasis of peace and quiet where we found a large area of
garden with a fully fenced pool, football goals and a volleyball net. It has 2 covered porches, one with romantic character in which there is a table and chairs and a second large porch where we find the
barbecue, the
table tennis, a table and chairs to eat together. Inside the property you can walk along the riverbed of the stream of Granollers Rocacorba or enjoy the old laundry converted into a great natural aquarium. In this environment, the house becomes an ideal place for adults and children in which to disconnect and enjoy nature.
