Typical Catalan stone house, renovated over the last 50 years until reaching this last exhaustive improvement, in which the essence of its beginning as a Hostel has been recovered. Located in the heart of the quiet and charming village of Vilafreser -etymological village of peace-
only 15 minutes from Girona and 20 from the beach. The house is very bright and spacious, with all the spaces perfectly integrated and a very pleasant exterior. The stone walls and wooden beams along with the parquet and the simple and modern furniture, give the house a
warm and comfortable style.
On the ground floor we find a TV room with a large sofa along with a kitchen-dining room that integrates completely with the exterior offering lighting and unbeatable views. Next to the living room, we find a bathroom with shower chaired by the
jacuzzi-spa with chromotherapy and a double room. The kitchen-dining room has
air conditioning, and the whole house disposes of
heating and free wifi.
On the first floor we find a large hall with stone walls and beamed ceiling where the billiards is located, two rooms Suite with double bathroom, a double room and a bathroom with a hot tub with access to a terrace overlooking the garden. On the second floor, spiral staircases lead to a very bright triple room, with large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountains.
Outside we find an elegant fenced garden chaired by a centenary hackberry, next to the
pool of turquoise water. In front of the way out of the kitchen-dining room, there is the great stone barbecue and the outside table, where you can sit quietly. In the vicinity of the house we will find many roads where you can walk
enjoying the calm and nature.
