Mas Casanova de Centenys is an
old farmhouse completely restored located in Centenys, among the wheat fields in the Pla de l'Estany, 10 minutes from Banyoles. The house conveys
tranquility and peace, surrounded by nature and great views of the mountain.
The house has been recently renovated and refurbished. Without losing
its rustic charm, the minimalist decoration and the contrast of antique stone walls wooden furniture with industrial finishes previal. All rooms in the house have heating and air conditioning.
The house consists of two two-storey dwellings, each with access from the garden. The main house is for 9 people and is where there is the kitchen and common dining room. On the ground floor of the main house there is a dining room with a
large table for 14 people equipped with a large Smart TV and views of the pool, the main kitchen fully equipped with a sofa and fireplace and a bathroom with shower. It also has two direct exits to the back garden and, under the stairs, a cupboard with cleaning tools.
On the first floor of the main house there are three double rooms, a triple room with single beds, a bathroom with shower and an auxiliary room with washing machine and toilet.
The second house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, consists of a living room with a fireplace, a large Smart TV and a small kitchen. It also has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, one of which is an extra bed.
The exterior of the house complements the special charm of the house with a
covered area equipped with two barbecues, two sinks (the house has a paella pan and paella, on previous request)
and an entertainment room where you can play pool or table football for a while. At the back there is a small garden with green corners where you can relax in the fresh air and at the front there is a
large swimming pool where you can enjoy the beautiful views with friends and family. In this area, there are also football goals, an outdoor ping-pong table and a basketball hoop.
