Can Balart

Countryhouse in the heart of Bages with indoor heated swimming pool

Can Balart is located on the outskirts of Rajadell, in the heart of Bages and only 15 minutes from Manresa. A completely renovated house, surrounded by tranquility and nature, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer a comfortable, modern and cozy stay all year round.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-diner room, with modern finishes and a pellet fireplace that brings warmth to the space. The décor perfectly combines minimalist style with rustic and contemporary touches, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. On this same floor there is also a full bathroom and two living rooms, ideal for finding different relaxation areas within the house. The entire ground floor features underfloor heating powered by aerothermal system.

On the first floor there is a large lounge with a television and access to a terrace overlooking the surrounding area. On this floor we also find three bedrooms: a quadruple bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All the rooms on this floor have air conditioning and a heat pump.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom, a more intimate and cozy space within the house.

All the bedrooms in the house have a private en-suite bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump, to ensure comfort all year round.

In an annex to the house is the games room, equipped with a pool, table soccer and dart board. Outside, the more active ones will also find a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table.

Opposite the main entrance is a veranda with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying long leisurely meals al fresco. The exterior of Can Balart offers spectacular views of the surroundings, with spaces designed for unwinding, socialising and letting the hours slip by at a leisurely pace.

In another annex of the house we find the jewel in the crown of Can Balart: its heated indoor swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy a swim at any time of the year, regardless of the season.

Spectacular and a beautiful setting

We stayed here with our family this weekend, and the house far exceeded our expectations. The decor, the convenience of every bedroom having its own bathroom, and the lush green landscape surrounded by mountains make it very peaceful. The village of Rajadell, ten minutes away, is lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The owners were also very kind: we left a suitcase behind, and they sent it to us by courier straight away. We’ll be back!

Quiet and very well equipped house

Ideal to disconnect from everything. The house is surrounded by nature and you forget about civilization; there are also small corners inside where you can take refuge if you want to spend some time alone. The pool is absolute relaxation and there are even hammocks inside the room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with utensils and dishes for everything. All rooms are comfortable and have their private bathroom, the one on the top floor is beautiful (watch your head if you're tall!). In addition, the owners have been very kind, which is greatly appreciated.

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Can Balart?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Can Balart offers the option of online check-in. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the outstanding amount of the house rental in a very easy and convenient way. If you want to go directly to the house without going through our offices, you can check-in online or remotely.
