Can Balart is located
on the outskirts of Rajadell, in the heart of Bages and only 15 minutes from Manresa. A completely renovated house,
surrounded by tranquility and nature, where every detail has been thought to offer a
comfortable, contemporary and cozy stay throughout the year.
On the
ground floor we find a fully equipped
kitchen-dining room, with modern finishes and a
pellet fireplace that brings warmth to the space. The decoration perfectly combines minimalist style with rustic and contemporary touches, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. On this same floor there is also a
full bathroom and
two living rooms, ideal for finding different relaxation areas within the house. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating by aerothermy.
On the
first floor there is a
large living room with television and access to a terrace overlooking the surrounding area. On this floor we also find
three bedrooms: a quadruple bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
All the rooms on this floor have air conditioning and a heat pump.
Going up a spiral staircase leads to the
second floor, where there is a
double bedroom with its own bathroom, a more intimate and cozy space within the house.
All the bedrooms in the house have a private full bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump, to ensure comfort at any time of the year.
In an annex to the house is the
games room, equipped with
pool, table soccer and dart board. Outside, the more active ones will also find a
basketball hoop and a
ping-pong table.
In front of the main entrance there is a
porch with outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for enjoying long conversations in the cool. The exterior of Can Balart offers
spectacular views of the surroundings, with spaces designed to
disconnect, share and let hours pass without rush.
In another annex of the house we find the jewel in the crown of Can Balart: its
heated indoor swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy a swim at any time of the year, regardless of the season.
