With fairy tale landscapes

Can Feixes is located on the outskirts of the village of Santa Pau, touching the Fageda d'en Jordà and inside the Natural Park of the volcanic area of the Garrotxa. Surrounded by forest, the entrance to the house transports you to a fairy tale.

On the ground floor of this house lives the owning family, which has an independent access. The garden and all the exterior space is exclusive for the guests who rent the house. At the main entrance of the farmhouse, there is an outdoor elevator that connects the ground floor with the outdoor terrace where guests access the house.

On the first floor we find a large open space where there is the lounge with TV and fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen and a reading area. The views and lighting from the table are spectacular. Wood and light are the great protagonists of this house, which has been tastefully restored while maintaining its original essence. On this floor we also find the game room with a pool table and exit to a terrace, a triple bedroom with exit to another terrace and a full bathroom with tub.

On the second floor we find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms: 3 triple bedrooms with double bed, a double bedroom with two single beds and a quadruple bedroom with bathroom inside. On this floor we also find 2 full bathrooms with shower.

In the exterior of the house, the garden is extensive and green, with views of fields and mountains, and has football goalposts, a swimming pool and the barbecue area with a large solid wood table where you can fully enjoy the environment and tranquility with the whole group. Next to the barbecue area there is a covered chill-out space and access to the 26 m2 multipurpose room air-conditioned (only hot air) ideal for yoga retreats and wellness workshops.

From the same house there is a lush path that with a pleasant 25-minute walk takes you to the village of Santa Pau. A paradise in the middle of the Garrotxa.

An old but comfortable house. A natural and forested environment. A picturesque village 20 minutes away by foot through a shaded path. A beautiful swimming pool and games for the kids. What is the maximum capacity of Can Feixes and how is it calculated?

The maximum capacity of Can Feixes is 18 people. For your comfort and in compliance with the regulations, the maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded in any case.
In this house, children from 2 years old are counted when calculating the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Babies are not counted in Can Feixes.

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Can Feixes?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Can Feixes does not offer the option of online check-in, therefore check-in will be done directly with the homeowners upon arrival at the house. The first person in your group to arrive at the house will need to make the remaining payment and sign the contract. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the rest of the rent:

In cash at your arrival at the house directly to the house owners.
By bank transfer. If you choose to pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer, you will find the bank details of the homeowners in the booking confirmation email to make the payment.

How can I request the invoice for the stay?
