Magnificent house for groups and families

We were a group of friends with respective families, we greatly enjoyed all the outdoor space of the house which is immense, and the house is well equipped with very large rooms. Highly recommended!.

Insufficient jacuzzi, the rest excellent

The issue with the jacuzzi water needs to be addressed. I understand the intention to save water, and that there is a daily limit, but this limit must at least allow its use once, and right now it is very insufficient. For the rest, very good, actually.

Naturaki respond: Thank you very much for your comment, Sergio. Upon arrival, we always leave the jacuzzi full and ready for use. As we inform in the stay document, in winter the hot water tank (300 liters) can take up to five hours to reheat completely after using it. We appreciate your observation and are pleased to know that, otherwise, the stay has been very good. See you soon!.

We loved our stay. The house is truly spectacular and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at ease. The care in every detail is noticeable and we enjoyed the experience immensely. The communication was excellent. As the only constructive comment, upon arrival we perceived a quite strong smell in the pantry. Everything was clean and in good condition, but the smell was a bit intense, similar to something rotten. We are sure it is something punctual and easy to check. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend the house.
