Country houses in Spain for Christmas

We loved the house. Both my family and I have fallen in love with the place. Everything was impeccable, very clean and cared for down to the last detail. The house is perfectly equipped: there were many kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, glasses and everything necessary to enjoy the stay. We didn't miss anything at all and everything was in excellent condition. The only observation I would make is regarding the house being advertised as pet friendly. We went with our German Shepherd, about 33 kg, and the stairs were quite complicated for us. In the photos it seemed visually wider, but in person it is quite narrow, and our dog was afraid to go up and down. We had to carry her up and, even though we had no problem once upstairs, since we needed to take her out several times a day, it was a bit complicated. I think with a small dog that can be easily carried there would be no problem, but if you go with a medium or large dog, especially if it is afraid of stairs, it is something to keep in mind before booking. In fact, with an even larger dog it could be even more difficult. That said, this is a very specific issue of our case and does not detract from the fact that we found the house beautiful, very comfortable, impeccable and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the stay very much and, in general, our experience has been excellent.

House with fantastic exteriors, swimming pool, ping-pong, games. Something to improve would be the air conditioning in the dining room, as there is only in the rooms.

We have been there for 4 days and we had a great stay. The cleanliness is excellent and the house has a touch that makes you feel at home.

We spent 4 days with the family at the house. The house corresponds to the photos: it is large, spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and a well-kept garden. The football area, swimming pool, billiards and ping-pong is a plus if you go with teenagers. Thanks for the welcome detail and being able to use the barbecue and paddle courts. In Breda there are shops and supermarkets nearby and the area is quiet. But there are certain things to improve. First, not having a key for the door and the entrance gate gives a lot of insecurity, especially at night (as much as it can only be opened with a code, at least a lock would be good). Second, the municipal door-to-door system (without containers on the street) for recycling and selective waste collection in Breda is totally incompatible with a holiday rental of days. The property/Naturaki, in addition to encouraging recycling and reminding to leave the house clean (there is a deposit), must provide a solution for the last day, it is not an option for the tenant to take the accumulated garbage in their car (where?) or distribute it in the park/sidewalk bins. I would also advise having a large trash bin to leave the different already full and closed recycling bags and not have them accumulated in the garden (where the area fills with flies, ants and wasps). Third: the pool is quite large for being private, but from the second day the water was increasingly murky, despite the filtration system and passing the net. Fourth: the rooms were hot at night, fans were missed; in the suite room there is air conditioning but it is already a few years old and is quite noisy. There are mosquito nets on all windows, but there is no air circulation and at 6 light already comes in. And finally, possibly being the end of the season, the upholstery of the living room sofa was quite dirty; covers or quilts to cover the sofa, for hygiene, would have been appreciated. Houses of this type have their own wear and tear that can be understood but these details can compensate for the quality and price that is supposed to be paid for them.

We have been very well and have greatly enjoyed the stay and the peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The house is beautiful and we have felt very comfortable there. And what about the pool that they have so well maintained. The air conditioning in the lounges is another positive point. The kitchen is huge and lacks nothing. Perhaps for those of us who are capsule coffee drinkers, we have missed not having this type of coffee maker. The game room is cool, with foosball and billiards. In the surroundings there are many paths for walking or cycling and the Fluvià river nearby.
