A family house with more than a century of history
Ca l’Avi Ramón is a family house from the end of the 19th century located
in the center of Montferri, a small village surrounded by vineyards and rural landscapes of the Alt Camp region. For generations, the family dedicated themselves to farming and livestock, and also made their own wine, elements that the house preserves and exhibits in a museum format. In 2006, a comprehensive remodel began, recovering the different spaces and adapting them to
offer all modern comforts without losing their original character.
The house is distributed over different floors, connected by stairs. Inside you will find spacious and cozy spaces with a
decoration that combines the traditional essence of the house with a comfortable and family atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a small game room with the table football that connects with the charming outdoor garden and porch.
Going up to
the first floor there is the kitchen, it is fully equipped, with a terrace and connects with the common areas, designed so that the whole group can share meals, conversations and moments of relax. On this same floor there is a
triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,
a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower tray and a guest toilet.
On the
second floor you will find a double bedroom with two single beds,
a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second full bathroom with shower tray. On this same floor there is a
large living room equipped with sofas, large TV and space to enjoy the tranquility and the views to the Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat de Montferri. All rooms and spaces are equipped with
heating and ceiling fans.
One of the most pleasant spaces of Ca l’Avi Ramón is its outside, an
intimate and protected patio that invites to enjoy the house with tranquility. You will find a
swimming pool, a relaxation area with sun loungers where you can relax or sunbathe, and the
large barbecue. The porch, located next to the pool, has an outdoor dining area ideal for sharing meals outdoors during the good weather months.
