The availability and kindness of the owner, Gemma, is much appreciated, as well as the information about local services. The leisure equipment makes the stay ideal for children of different ages.

It's okay but there are things to improve.
The house is fine, very clean and everything well arranged. The house is large, there is enough space, various living rooms and dining rooms, all very spacious. The owners are very friendly. However, facing the summer, the fact of having the pool and the barbecue area in a different building becomes very uncomfortable, especially when it comes to eating, you have to continually go to fetch things from the kitchen which is on the 1st floor of the other building. Perhaps, as a suggestion, a refrigerator and a cabinet with dishes could be placed in that area.
On the other hand, we found the dishes very scarce, not so much in plates but in bowls, for example, there are some big ones but for appetizers, none. There aren't many glasses either...
On the other hand, they should do a general review: some showers do not work well, there were leaks in the dining room, it would be good to leave some candles or lights for when the power goes off...
In summary, we have been fine but I believe improving little things would make it perfect!

Regarding the tableware, we have a set of 30 services with plates and glasses for every meal, as well as 2 or 3 bowls of each size (large, medium and small). We believe this is enough if the dishwasher is used, but we will review everything to ensure that there are enough.
Regarding the pool area, we left plates, glasses, etc., of picnic/disposable type for convenience.
About the showers and leaks, we were not aware of this, so we appreciate you letting us know. We've notified the maintenance service to inspect everything. We have also placed candles in a kitchen cabinet in case of a power outage.

Fabulous House Stay - Already Planning Our Return!
We had a truly fantastic holiday at Can Costa. There were five of us in total, including three energetic boys under 11, and the villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house is huge and could easily accommodate an extended family gathering, which we’re already planning for next year.
The pool area was a real highlight. The depth was ideal for the kids to play safely, and we spent countless hours enjoying the sun and water. The outdoor kitchen was a brilliant bonus, making it easy and fun to prepare meals and eat outside together.
Inside, the villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The fans and air conditioning throughout the house made a big difference during the warmer days. The foosball table was loved by everyone and added a great bit of entertainment.
The top floor became our movie zone in the evenings, with a huge comfy sofa and a TV with Netflix and Disney+, which was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
We also explored the local area and took a lovely trip to the beach, which was only about 20 minutes away.
The host was always just a phone call away and incredibly helpful with recommending places to visit and providing any information we needed during our stay.
We’ll definitely be back and have already started recommending Can Costa to friends. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Gorgeous house and perfect outdoor area
Beautiful modern house, big rooms and nice beds. A bit small kitchen bench for cooking. Road up to the house (10 minutes drive) is bumpy and steep, but we got used to it. Perfect stay with family (8 adults and 4 kids under 7 years). Nice small town just 10-20 minutes drive from house. Very nice pool and pool area. Quiet place and nice nature.

Disconnection, relaxation and nature
The house is great, open spaces, accessible, comfortable and very well equipped. Outdoor with perfect pool, with very pleasant barbecue area. The only point to improve is the Internet connection, there is no network coverage and the wifi does not work well, otherwise we would repeat delighted.
