Spectacular 16th century Catalan farmhouse, the Rectoria de Sords is a unique house located in a privileged environment. On the edge of a small stream, it is an ideal place to enjoy the calm and a natural environment. Completely restored and with an
exquisite decoration with pieces from all over the world , it has different rooms and spaces where you can enjoy the environment and the nature that surrounds it.
It has a swimming pool and a large garden .
The house has
6 bedrooms , 4 of them with their own bathroom and 2 with 2 shared bathrooms, each with a special decoration. Throughout the house there are different common spaces. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two rooms with sofas, one of them to take advantage of the
large still original fireplace in the house and the other to be able to relax or play board games . On the same floor there is a double room with a toilet.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with sofas and TV. There are also 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with their own bathroom and one with a shared bathroom. On the third floor, a
spectacular study-room with bathroom and TV . On this same floor, there is a
covered terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs to eat and where to contemplate the
wonderful sunsets offered by this privileged view, there is also a ping-pong table.
The house has heating in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.It has a large
garden of more than 2,000 m2, a 10 × 5 m swimming pool, a small pond with fish and has access to the riverside. Throughout the garden we find different fruit trees. There is a covered terrace, a barbecue and furniture for outside dining. The house has a
