Holiday homes in Catalonia in January

A large, very well-equipped house where you can enjoy lots of activities with family or friends.

We spent the weekend with family to celebrate a special birthday. The house, the surroundings, everything was perfect... A charming, well-equipped stone terraced house. So why not 5 stars? First, because the mattresses aren’t comfortable. You can sleep, yes, but depending on your back, don’t expect to get much rest. It should be said that some of the mattresses were in good condition, but others weren’t. It rained a lot over the weekend, and one of the bedrooms had some serious leaks. They woke us up; we cleaned up as best we could, using a bucket and so on. We informed the owner, and she told us she hadn’t been aware of it (and I believe her!). So, it’s a highly recommendable house, and you’re sure to enjoy it very much. We hope they fix the leaks, and with two or three new mattresses, it would be a 10/10!.

Homeowners’ response: Thank you very much, Albert, for sharing your experience and for celebrating such a special occasion at the house. We’re sorry about the leaks, especially as the rain was very heavy that weekend; we’re looking into it to find a solution. We’ll also take your comment about the mattresses into account and check which ones need replacing. In any case, we’re glad you enjoyed the house and its surroundings and that you’ll take home fond memories of your stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, cozy and spacious. The owner is very kind and has been concerned about our well-being, as our stay coincided with the torrential rains of the first weekend in October.

Homeowners’ response: Maria del Mar, thank you so much for your kind words. I’m glad to hear you felt so comfortable in the house, especially considering the rain you had during your stay. It was a pleasure having you as guests, and I hope you’ll get to enjoy the house in sunnier weather another time!

A spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped house. We felt very at home!

We spent the whole weekend with our family and had a wonderful time. It’s very close to the beech forest, making it easy to go for a short hike. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of the weather, but the setting was beautiful. The owners live in the house next door and make sure everything is going well.

Homeowners’ response: Ona, we're glad to hear that the whole family felt so at home. It's a shame the weather didn't let you enjoy the pool, but we're delighted you liked the space. We hope to welcome you again another time!

Our experience at Mas Roselló was spectacular. The house is beautiful and cared for down to the last detail. You can really feel the love and attention that go into maintaining it: the decor, comfort, cleanliness, and all the utensils provided mean there is absolutely nothing you could need to enjoy a stay with a group. We were a large group, and the house was incredibly comfortable for everyone. The kitchen is huge and perfectly equipped, with more than enough space for 24 people, and having 11 full bathrooms made sharing the house even more comfortable. The whole setting is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and sun terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the house, and the entire property makes it easy to forget everything and truly unwind. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for at least a week, because the weekend felt far too short. We would have loved to stay much longer! And a special mention for Hernán, who was an excellent host: incredibly dedicated, attentive, and always on top of everything. He also shared something that, for me, makes all the difference: the genuine love he has for the house. Without a doubt, a place I would return to in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Hernán!

Homeowners’ response: Thank you so much for your kind words, Flor. I’m so glad you all enjoyed your stay so much and that the house was so comfortable for your group. I hope you can stay for the whole week next time!
