Ca la Joia, a completely refurbished house with all the comforts to enjoy your holidays in La Garrotxa. The location is ideal, on the main road for easy access to the Garrotxa Volcanic Natural Park, just 10 minutes from Olot and less than an hour's drive from towns such as Ripoll, Camprodon or Girona.
The house has a capacity for 10 people, has three bedrooms and is distributed over two floors. The main floor has
three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Two quadruple bedrooms with a double bed and bunk beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The common area is open and diaphanous with an open kitchen, a dining area with an imposing wooden table and a small living room with a fireplace. This space has
large windows that allow you to enjoy the view outside and natural light.
On the ground floor of the house there is a
large room with a table football, storage space, washing machine and a small courtesy toilet. On this same floor there is a second and cozy living room with TV and a
spa room with a jacuzzi to relax in good company.
Ca la Joia's garden reflects the good taste of the rest of the house, with a
magnificent outdoor swimming pool with security fence, a porch with barbecue and outdoor dining area and space to enjoy the natural surroundings. In the garden of the house there is also a small chicken coop where guests can enjoy their eggs. The property has a private outdoor parking.
