I'm Víctor, and I’ve been a head chef since 1989.
I love traditional Catalan and Spanish cuisine, as well as dishes from other Mediterranean regions such as Italy, Greece, Turkey, or Morocco. I’m also passionate about Mexican, South American, and Asian cuisine in general.
I specialize in healthy diets, including macrobiotic, energetic, vegan, and ketogenic options, always using high-quality, artisanal, and locally sourced ingredients.
I create menus and adapt recipes for people with allergies or intolerances.
I practice conscious cooking — cooking with presence, dedication, attention, and with all my heart.
