Insufficient jacuzzi, the rest excellent
The issue with the jacuzzi water needs to be addressed. I understand the intention to save water, and that there is a daily limit, but this limit must at least allow its use once, and right now it is very insufficient. For the rest, very good, actually.

Upon arrival, we always leave the jacuzzi full and ready for use. As we inform in the stay document, in winter the hot water tank (300 liters) can take up to five hours to reheat completely after using it.

Quick resolution and comfortable stay
It is a very comfortable restored old farmhouse. We thank Naturaki for the speed in resolving an incident due to access to the house because of a lock blocking problem.

Improvements to make at Mas Frigola
The kitchen stoves do not work, 3 out of 5. The barbecue grills could be improved. The shower of a room. The best thing about Mas Frigola, for me, is the combination of kitchen, dining room and fireplace in one single room.

Regarding the stoves, you warned us when you were leaving that three of them were burning very little, and they have already been reviewed: now they all work correctly. About the shower, we did not detect any anomaly, although it could be that it had a bit less pressure or some occasional dripping. In recent weeks, improvements have also been made, such as the installation of glass in a room bathroom and the renovation of the room doors. Thanks for the visit!.

The rooms are impeccable, the living room and kitchen are immense.
Very well renovated.
I would recommend it without hesitation to any group.

The stay at the house has been excellent, with a rating of 10. The accommodation is perfectly equipped with everything necessary to enjoy both the interior and the outdoor spaces, making the experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
We especially want to highlight the attention of the owner, Montserrat, who at all times has been ensuring that we lack nothing.
