Peratallada Spain

We have spent a great heat wave under wonderful trees and a charming pool. The house has personality and is very cozy, extremely comfortable. The porch, the barbecue, the garden, the suite, the kitchen, the Forn Marull, the goldfinches in the morning, the linden tree... everything invites you to stay many more days. We will return!.

We chose Mas Mascaro to escape from the usual hustle and gather the family. This house has everything we need for that. We liked the location. Lots of space, tranquility and peace... The house is very well equipped. We enjoyed the long evenings at the outdoor corner, or at the large table near the barbecue. We used the space near the kitchen for breakfast... What a great way to start the day! The welcome from the host was really pleasant. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

We spent a family weekend at La Vila Monells and the experience has been excellent. The house has a lot of charm, it is decorated with very good taste and you can tell it is cared for in detail. It is comfortable, clean and very well equipped, with perfect spaces to be together and enjoy calmly. The location is unbeatable, right in the square of Monells, with this quiet and special atmosphere of a medieval village that makes the stay even more beautiful. The pool and the outdoor area are a huge plus, especially when traveling with girls, as they allow you to enjoy the house as much as the surroundings. We also highly value the attention received from Jordi and the ease of the whole process. It has been a very pleasant getaway, one of those that you really disconnect. Without a doubt, a highly recommended house for families looking for tranquility, comfort and a charming place in the Baix Empordà.

Right in the center of the medieval village of Peratallada, this house was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in on vacation. It was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern conveniences that make a vacation truly great: private bathrooms and television in each room, air conditioning for hot days, large kitchen with everything you might need, spacious dining area, separate and cozy living rooms for evening relaxation. The children who came with us spent a lot of time enjoying the pool on the deck terrace, which is not large, but big enough for a pleasant experience. From there, there are views of the Montgrí Massif. It was the perfect combination of modernity and history. The owner was incredibly helpful when it was necessary to replace a part of the air conditioning. It was completed quickly and responsibly. Peratallada is a beautiful stone village in the heart of the Baix Empordà. It can get very crowded on summer days. Since our trip was in June, this was not a problem. The village has many restaurants and gift shops, and I must say that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You have to park outside the village walls in public car parks, but it's only a 5-minute walk to the house, and the parking instructions we were given were very clear. In summary, I do not hesitate to give this a 5-star rating. We had the most amazing experience on the Costa Brava enjoying all it has to offer.
