A house with history and a lot of charm
We've spent some great days with friends. Rita and Martí's accommodation is very well equipped and is perfect for groups, it has five rooms, all with their own bathroom, which is very convenient.
The house was very clean and well maintained, and we didn't lack anything at all. In addition, it is located in an ideal area for excursions and discovering interesting corners. There are also very close wineries to visit, olive farms and charming villages.
We have been very well, both for the house and for the surroundings. It is a perfect place to disconnect, enjoy with friends and get to know the Alt Empordà. We will definitely return!

Excellent stay and fantastic house!
We loved our week at La Balma, both children and adults. The house is more than well equipped, Gemma was very attentive throughout our stay and our only regret was leaving!

S.El Portaló de Cantallops - With the family
Tranquility, excellent gastronomy and communication
The house is in a very quiet and very pleasant village. The restaurants serve very good food at a very affordable price. There are beautiful villages and beaches an hour away by car. The pool is small but pleasant. Communication is excellent. As a negative point: for this price you expect the furniture to be more comfortable (less IKEA), with chairs and loungers that don't dig into your body. And in the summer it gets very hot, so much so that the fans don't seem to be enough. The problem is also that, with the tramontana, you can't sleep with the windows open either. Even though I don't like it, I think air conditioning should be installed. We still really enjoyed spending two weeks here.

Enjoying tranquility and comforts
We have had a good time in a very quiet house, although it was very hot in the rooms, except in one that had air conditioning. We have been lucky with the north wind at night, which left us a bit of freshness. It has good appliances, a perfect pool to soak and relax in the hammocks. It has a barbecue, although we have not used it. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. In short, okay, although it needs a bit of indoor maintenance, such as painting, etc.

Fabulous stay in a comfortable house
We had a fabulous stay. The house is very nice, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced pool is great for the little ones.
The only drawback is that the owner lives in the upper part of the house and there are also nearby neighbors, so you have to be careful not to make too much noise.

As for the distribution of the property, we specify on the website that it consists of two independent houses: one for exclusive use by guests, and the other as the residence of the owners, with private access and completely independent. We also indicate that all the outdoor spaces - garden, pool, porch and play areas - are for private and exclusive use by the guests.

A comfortable house in a beautiful village
The house is very clean and well equipped. It has several dining areas, which makes it very convenient depending on the weather or the plan. You can easily walk to the village and it's a 10-minute drive from wonderful beaches. In addition, the owner is very attentive and made sure we had a good stay and memory.
