Holiday homes in Catalonia in October

We spent the weekend of September 18 to 20, 2026. The house is spectacular and the cleanliness is top-notch. The barbecue and paella area is great and very well prepared to enjoy it. The pool area is spectacular and at night you can enjoy luminous lights that are spectacular. The kitchen has practically everything you might need, although we would recommend adding some extra kitchen towels, especially considering the capacity of the house; we were 27 people and they were a bit short. Since we went in September, we didn't get too hot and, in addition, the house has standing fans in the different rooms. Even so, with the heat waves we have been having lately, we think it would be great to have air conditioning. Personally, in the months of June, July or August I would not book it for this reason. The only negative point was the hot water. Being so many, it ran out and they had to restart the system remotely. It took quite a while to heat up again and, when it started to come out again, it was not very hot and the feeling was cold. We do not know what the solution might be, but we believe that this is an aspect that should be reviewed considering the capacity of the house and that no one suffers from running out of hot water. About the location, I was surprised that it was so close to the road because you could hear the cars and not the birds but, it's not a drama. It's just for your information. Otherwise, we had a great weekend and we loved the house.

The house is very well maintained, there are 2 people who have complained about the mattresses on the upper floor, but overall I would repeat without a doubt.

We spent a simply spectacular weekend at Casa Bonica. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you could need to enjoy a few days of disconnection. But if this stay has been so special, it has been, above all, thanks to Joan and Dolors. They made us feel at home from the first moment and have been exceptional hosts. In addition, we have been fortunate to share moments with them and their friends, which has made the weekend an even more authentic and memorable experience. We take away conversations, laughter, shared moments and memories that we are sure will accompany us for many years. Those weekends that fly by but leave a mark. Thank you, Joan and Dolors, for your generosity and hospitality. Without a doubt, it is an experience that we will remember for a lifetime and that we will recommend to everyone.

We loved the house. Both my family and I have fallen in love with the place. Everything was impeccable, very clean and cared for down to the last detail. The house is perfectly equipped: there were many kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, glasses and everything necessary to enjoy the stay. We didn't miss anything at all and everything was in excellent condition. The only observation I would make is regarding the house being advertised as pet friendly. We went with our German Shepherd, about 33 kg, and the stairs were quite complicated for us. In the photos it seemed visually wider, but in person it is quite narrow, and our dog was afraid to go up and down. We had to carry her up and, even though we had no problem once upstairs, since we needed to take her out several times a day, it was a bit complicated. I think with a small dog that can be easily carried there would be no problem, but if you go with a medium or large dog, especially if it is afraid of stairs, it is something to keep in mind before booking. In fact, with an even larger dog it could be even more difficult. That said, this is a very specific issue of our case and does not detract from the fact that we found the house beautiful, very comfortable, impeccable and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the stay very much and, in general, our experience has been excellent.

House with fantastic exteriors, swimming pool, ping-pong, games. Something to improve would be the air conditioning in the dining room, as there is only in the rooms.

We have been there for 4 days and we had a great stay. The cleanliness is excellent and the house has a touch that makes you feel at home.
