Beautiful house and peaceful surroundings
The house is beautiful and it was clean, I don't give it 5 stars, because one of the reasons for renting it was the jacuzzi, and I was disappointed, since the water was not very hot, at 33 degrees, and there was no way to increase the temperature. At the same time, the house seemed to me that it was recently painted and the smell of paint was huge, I think that maybe they could have ventilated it a bit more since for children inhaling the smell of paint is not very good.
For the rest, everything is correct and we had a great family weekend.

Regarding the smell of paint, the house was finished being painted on 12/02 and since then other customers have already passed without telling us any incident. In any case, the house was properly ventilated and it was more than a month since it had been painted before your stay.
About the jacuzzi, the temperature is usually programmed at 34 °C. The water heats up approximately 3 °C per hour and it is important to keep the cover on so that it retains the heat. From the control panel customers can also increase the temperature up to 40 °C.
In any case, whenever during the stay there is any doubt or inconvenience, we recommend contacting the emergency phone so that we can help you immediately and find a solution during the stay itself.

A place to disconnect and enjoy tranquility
A very pleasant stay at Loft Vilafreser, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from the stress of everyday life. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and cozy, which makes the experience very positive overall.
As a small point to improve, the jacuzzi was not fully functional, the jets were not operational, and when filling it up, the available hot water for showering or other uses runs out (for a few hours). In addition, some embellishments of the jacuzzi holes were loose.
On the other hand, the parking space could be improved if it had some kind of roof, since the car gets excessively dirty, as there is a tree with birds right above it.
In any case, it has been a good experience and a totally recommendable place.

As for the jacuzzi, we have no record of other incidents and subsequent clients have used it normally. In any case, we always recommend notifying us during your stay if you detect any problem, so we can check it and help you at the moment.
About the hot water, as we indicate in the stay sheet that we send after the online check-in, in winter, on cold days, the hot water tank when using the jacuzzi can take up to five hours to have hot water again as it has to heat 300 litres.

LucioCan Fort - With the family
Outstanding comfort and functionality
In general, everything was correct and especially very comfortable that all rooms are on the same floor. The kitchen is very spacious and functional, but it needs a bit more light. As an aspect to improve, we had to fix a leg of the pool table with a piece of wood that we found in the main square of the village, and access to the washer/dryer and ping pong is a bit complicated for older people. Otherwise, very good. We didn't mind, but it wasn't clear to us whether the grassy area with volleyball net and goal was exclusive to the house or if the rural house next door also had access. Thanks.

As for the billiards, thank you for letting us know. We have checked what happened and we have seen that the screw under one of the legs had come off. We have already ordered the corresponding replacement to fix it permanently. Regarding access to the washing/drying area and the ping-pong, it should be noted that Can Fort is not a house adapted for people with reduced mobility. When a house has this adaptation, we always indicate it on the house's file on the web and it can also be used with the specific filter to find adapted accommodations.
In relation to the grass area with volleyball net and goal, it is an area of the house. This information is indicated in the description, in the photographs and in the section of house equipment and services on the web. In any case, during your stay we always provide a contact to resolve any doubts or incidents; if you had consulted us, we could have confirmed it and thus you could have also enjoyed this space.

Insufficient jacuzzi, the rest excellent
The issue with the jacuzzi water needs to be addressed. I understand the intention to save water, and that there is a daily limit, but this limit must at least allow its use once, and right now it is very insufficient. For the rest, very good, actually.

Upon arrival, we always leave the jacuzzi full and ready for use. As we inform in the stay document, in winter the hot water tank (300 liters) can take up to five hours to reheat completely after using it.
