Charming house in the heart of a small village
We stayed in this lovely house over a long weekend and everything was perfect. The house is very pretty, in good condition and with all the useful amenities (very well equipped kitchen, sheets, towels...). The exteriors are beautiful and very relaxing. Both parents and children enjoyed it, we will surely come back! Little extra: the proximity to the border is really convenient.

Magnificent house in an idyllic setting
We spent a weekend at the Portal de Cantallops with the family. The stay was very good. The house is very nice, it has a very good layout, the garden with pool and porch is ideal for resting and spending time, just like the indoor environments. There is a lot of calm and there is no feeling that there are neighbors. The village is also very beautiful and the surroundings offer many activity possibilities, such as mountain hikes and wine tastings.

A relaxed place, where you can enjoy the landscape and rest
We found some small ants in the dining room between the table legs and the wall that separates the living room. Nothing important, but we fumigated them with a product that was in the kitchen.

Nevertheless, and as a precaution, we will apply ant spray in the area to prevent it from happening again. Thank you also for solving it on the spot.

Spacious and spectacular house, very pleasant
The house is spectacular, large, spacious, full of details, the rooms, bathrooms, large kitchen. We were 8 friends staying and it was very good.
The only drawbacks I put.
We went with the intention of the jacuzzi, which was impossible to use, I think you cannot put a jacuzzi service all year round, even if the water is at 30°, when the issue of windows is open, I can understand the issue of ventilation, condensation etc... But it was very cold and it did not appeal at all to enter the jacuzzi, it was a shame because one of the reasons why we took this house was the jacuzzi.
And another point we saw, which I think should be controlled, is the issue of dishes.
Just arriving we had to start washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, the majority were dirty.
For the rest, the house, the place, the place is very beautiful and quiet and we were comfortable.
But these little details, for not giving 5 stars.

Very comfortable house. Environment with few possibilities.
We went to spend the weekend with the family and we were very comfortable. The weather was good and we were able to enjoy both the inside and the outside of the house. The little ones even swam in the pool!
The house is well renovated, but maintains the essence of a rural house. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms a bit old, but correct. The kitchen very well equipped.
The deal with the owner, via whatsapp, very fast and friendly.
As a negative point, just mention that there is little to do in the village. There are a couple of vineyards that can be visited, but not much more. If the plan is to live in the house, perfect! If you want to do outdoor activities without taking the car, the possibilities are limited.
