Holiday cottages in Bràfim

Remains from the Roman period have been found in Bràfim. His name comes from the Arabic word Abraham. Throughout its history it has been the scene of military conflicts such as the French War, when Napoleonic troops occupied the town.

Agriculture is one of the main economic activities of Bràfim. A large part of its territory is full of rainfed fields. If you visit the cooperative winery you will be able to see the entire winemaking process, as well as a noucentista-style building from the beginning of the 20th century.

The historic center of Bràfim is full of buildings of great cultural interest. One of the best known is the church of Our Lady of Loreto. It was built at the end of the 19th century and has a neo-Romanesque style. Another interesting building is the parish church of Sant Jaume de Bràfim. It stands out for its combination of Gothic and Baroque styles and for having a great luminosity in its interior.

From the center of Bràfim, many paths cross its agricultural fields. You can take advantage of one of the signposted routes that will take you through places of great natural beauty such as the Ponça forest.
