The annual billing of your accommodation can vary based on multiple factors: the location and environment; the features and services of the house; the number of rooms and bathrooms; the year of renovation; the quality of the finishes; and guest reviews, among others.

Send us a video explaining what your accommodation is like. Contact us and we will analyze it.

2. Analysis and proposal
If the accommodation meets our requirements or has potential to adapt to them, we will send you a proposal with a profitability study, at no cost or obligation.

3. Visit to the house
If our proposal suits you, we will come to see the house.

4. Definition of the type of management
Together we will choose the management modality that best suits the needs of both parties.

5. Formalization
Signing of the contract and beginning of the opening process.

We help you so that nothing is missing in your home. If necessary, we will accompany you throughout the preparation process, making our knowledge and network of suppliers built up over more than 14 years of experience available to you.

Marketing of accommodation
We carry out the photo session, register the house on our website and start promoting it.

Comprehensive day-to-day management
Once activated on our site, you only have to pay attention to the reservations we will be confirming. We will take care of:

In 95% of the accommodations we have on the web, we have increased the income by more than 17.5%, so with the increased turnover that we generate for your accommodation our commission is already paid. Trust us with the commercial management is a significant step and initially raises many doubts, as it means outsourcing a part of your business. That's why it's renewed annually and can be cancelled any year, reverting back to the previous Naturaki website without any penalty.

Our experience in rural tourism and tourist accommodations dates back to 1999, more than 20 years of experience. During this time, we have seen countless companies promising bookings for the accommodation even if it's not exclusive. The problem is that they only send bookings during the high season and, if that's what you're looking for, we are not what you need, we make bookings all year round.

We take the house exclusively, as for the volume a home generates annually, it's not possible to cover all the expenses entailed by the necessary commercial effort to fill it all year round, especially in the low season if it's not managed exclusively.

Why on commission?

The more you earn, the more we earn. 

We charge for what we generate, not for the promise of what we can do or the expectations of what we can generate.
We have been working for over 14 years to de-seasonalize demand in order to get the most out of it throughout the year.
This commission includes promotional costs (advertising, social networks, maintenance, photos, updates…).

You and we have the promotional costs controlled at all times.

How do you achieve these results?

  • We maintain the quality of all processes to achieve customer and owner satisfaction.
  • We only choose quality accommodation and only maintain those who also know how to maintain this quality over time. We prefer quality over quantity.
  • We target prices to maximize accommodation billing with constant comparisons.
  • We have over 40% repeat customers and we take good care of them.

Can we make reservations directly?

No, to maintain an order in the bookings and a uniformity throughout the process.

If you have had your house open for years and have your own client base, it speaks highly of your accommodation. We also bring you the clients we already have, plus the clients from the other houses that we can refer to your house in case they are occupied.

The combination of your clients, the clients of the other houses and our own, creates a situation in which everyone wins.

Can we still have the house at our disposal?

Yes, the house is yours and is still at your disposal at all times.
At Naturaki you only give us the commercial management, it is not a rent.

You can also block 8 days in low season (4 weekends) to save the house for you and stay with family or friends. In certain cases these conditions can be agreed with the owner.

What if we give you the management and don't make reservations?

It is a situation in which we have never found ourselves in these more than 14 years of experience we have. In any case, it is a situation that, if it occurs, does not suit either party, since our objective is the same as yours.

The first thing that would happen is that we would lose money, as adding a house to Naturaki has a significant cost (advice, pre-set-up of the house, photos, web, marketing, translations, promotion…) and until we make a minimum level of reservations we lose money because we do not cover the costs involved. We are also not interested in having a house on the web that does not generate reservations, as it occupies a commercial space (such as a shop window) that is not profitable.

We work long term relationships, proof of this is that most houses have been working with us for many years. However, if for any reason we do not reach the expected booking volume, you may terminate the contract with us and re-manage the booking yourself.

How do you work the foreign market?

We've been working on this for many years and have a lot of frequent clients who return year after year because they trust our judgment and choose the houses on our website.

Please note that this is a client who is looking specifically for proximity to the sea.
In order to promote this, we advertise in foreign markets through specific portals (in multiple languages or exclusively in English or French) and we conduct online campaigns in specific markets. We have websites translated into various languages, and we speak English and French fluently.

Between May and October, most of our clients are foreigners and the rest of the year they're from the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

Do you work with rural houses by rooms?

No, only with whole houses for rent.

Do you work outside the province of Girona?

Yes, since 2022 we have been working all over Catalonia. Currently, we have a presence in all provinces: Girona, Barcelona, Tarragona, and Lleida.
